1. PLAYERS’ TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.1. WEBSITE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (‘TERMS AND CONDITIONS’)
Please note that in these Terms and Conditions, ‘You’ or ‘Your’ or ‘User’ or ‘Player’ means any person who uses the Software on Paf Multibrand Limited websites. Unless otherwise stated, ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’ or Company refers to Paf Multibrand Limited, a limited liability company incorporated in Malta with registration C 75805, and registered address in The Bastions Office, No. 2, Emvin Cremona Street, Floriana FRN 1281, Malta.
1.2. RIGHT TO USE SOFTWARE
You are permitted to install and use the Software and all content derived from the Software in connection with the use of the websites in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The Software allows You to use our gambling services available via the websites (the ‘Services’). You may install the Software on a hard disk or other storage device and may make backup copies of the Software, provided that such backup copies are used only by You in connection with the Services through a computer of which You are the principal user. The Software’s code, structure and organisation are protected by intellectual property rights. You must not:
- copy, redistribute, publish, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, translate or make any attempt to access the source code to create derivate works of the source code, or otherwise
- sell, assign, sublicense, transfer, distribute or lease the Software
- make the Software available to any third party through a computer network or otherwise
- export the Software to any country (whether by physical or electronic means)
- use the Software in a manner prohibited by applicable laws or regulations.

This page defines the terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) that apply to all monies, bets and wagers accepted by us and all Services offered at https://www.noaccountcasino.com, https://www.noaccountbet.com and https://www.prankcasino.com or any other Website operated by Paf Multibrand Limited, which is duly licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority and the Swedish Gaming Authority (“Spelinspektionen”)
By using the software, services or website, You confirm Your approval of these terms and conditions.
2. LANGUAGE USED AND CHANGES MADE TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
2.1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS LANGUAGE
Terms and Conditions as published on the Website (and updated from time to time) are in English and other languages that may be added from time to time. However, it is the English version of these Terms and Conditions that form the basis of these Terms and Conditions only. Translations into other languages may be made as a service and are made in good faith. However, in the event of ambiguity between the English version and a translation, the English version has priority over any translation.
2.2. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Terms and Conditions will be updated and changed from time to time as required by Paf Multibrand Limited. Any such amendments will be notified to You in advance and You must re-confirm Your acceptance to the Terms and Conditions before such changes come into effect.
3. LICENSING AND REGULATORY BODIES
Websites https://www.noaccountcasino.com, https://www.noaccountbet.com and https://www.prankcasino.com (“Websites”) are operated by Paf Multibrand Limited a limited liability company incorporated in Malta, with company registration number C 75805 and registered address at The Bastions Office No. 2, Emvin Cremona Street, Floriana FRN 1281, Malta. The Company is licensed and regulated by the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) with license number MGA/B2C/403/2017 issued on the 28th December 2017 and is valid until 27th December 2027. Paf Multibrand Limited is also licensed and regulated by the Swedish Gaming Authority (“Spelinspektionen”). Please refer to the Swedish Gaming Authority’s decision dated 10 December 2018 with number 18Li7363. The Online Games license is valid until 31st December 2023 and the Betting license is valid until 26th May 2021.
Internet Gambling may be illegal in the jurisdiction / country in which You are located or residing. Paf Multibrand Limited does not intend to enable You to contravene any laws applicable to You. You are responsible for any gaming activity and You are also responsible for ensuring that You are not contravening any law or legislation prohibiting gaming online. Before accessing and using the Services in any jurisdiction, You should consult legal expert in the jurisdiction You are located.
5. YOUR ACCOUNT
All applicants must be over 18 years of age and in any case shall have attained the age of majority as stipulated in their country of residence to register with Paf Multibrand Limited. Paf Multibrand Limited absolutely prohibits minors or those underage from participating in any of the games or using the Services. We reserve the right to ask for proof of age from any Player and suspend their account until satisfactory documentation is provided. It is each Player’s responsibility to check, prior to registration, that the laws in their state/country concerning gambling allow them to use our services. Please refer to the section 4 “Jurisdictions”.
You must register personally for an account. You may only open and operate a single account. If You hold more than one account, we reserve the right to suspend these accounts until all the account details and balances (belonging to You) are consolidated. Once completed, all other accounts will be terminated leaving one single active account.
It is Your responsibility to keep Your login details and associated e-mail address secure. Paf Multibrand Limited shall not be held responsible for any unauthorised access or use of Your account. You should never share your login details with anyone.
5.3. PERSONAL INFORMATION
When registering, You must give a valid identification, address, contact e-mail address and personal telephone number. All information supplied when registering with the Website must be accurate and complete in all respects. Paf Multibrand Limited reserves the right to confirm Your address by posting an address verification letter to You or by contacting You via e-mail. All letter correspondence will be discreet, and the envelope will not display any reference to Paf Multibrand Limited. When such correspondence is initiated, all withdrawal requests will remain pending until the correspondence has been returned and approved by Paf Multibrand Limited.
You are asked to keep Your registration details up to date. If You change Your address, e-mail address, phone number or any other contact or personal information please contact Paf Multibrand Limited Player Services on [email protected] in order to update Your account information.
All applicants may be sent an e-mail to the registered e-mail address for account activation. All accounts may be activated through this e-mail. If this is not completed, Paf Multibrand Limited reserves the right to suspend all activities on the account until the account details are verified.
All Player offers are limited to one per person, family, household address, e-mail address, telephone number and shared computer, e.g. school, public library or workplace. We reserve the right to withdraw the availability of any offer or all offers to You or group of Players. The terms and conditions of each offer can be read in the section dedicated to bonuses and other offers.
By registering, You are deemed to have accepted and understood all the rules, Terms and Conditions displayed on the Website by Paf Multibrand Limited. We recommend that all members print out (or save to file) all transaction records, rules of play, cancellation policies, and pay-out policies. It is also recommended that You peruse the section related to Rules and Regulation of the Games.
Please note that Paf Multibrand Limited does not undertake to keep previous versions of these Terms and Conditions or other documentation available.
5.8. NO LIABILITY
Paf Multibrand Limited shall accept no liability for any damages or losses which are deemed or alleged to have arisen out of or in connection with Paf Multibrand Limited’s Services or Website; including without limitation, delays or interruptions in operation or transmission, loss or corruption of data, communication or lines failure, any person’s misuse of the Website or its content or any errors or omissions in the Website’s content. Paf Multibrand Limited reserves the right to close or suspend Your account.
5.9. INACTIVE ACCOUNT
Should an account remain dormant or inactive with no account transactions for a period exceeding 30 months and where the account also has a balance, Paf Multibrand Limited shall attempt to contact You with a view to return any remaining funds. Should this not be possible, then the remaining balance (if any) within that account shall be remitted to the Malta Gaming Authority
5.10. INTER-ACCOUNT TRANSFERS
The transfer of funds between individual accounts is strictly prohibited. Paf Multibrand Limited prohibits players from selling, transferring and/or acquiring accounts to/from other players.
5.11. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION
Paf Multibrand Limited reserves the right to refuse Your registration and to close or terminate Your account at its sole discretion. However, any contractual obligations already made will be honoured.
5.12. ACCOUNT CLOSURE
If You wish to close Your account, please contact Paf Multibrand Limited - Player Services on [email protected]. You may be requested to verify Your identity in order to safeguard Your account.
5.13. RECOVERING OF FUNDS
If You wish to recover funds held in Your dormant or excluded account, You are requested to contact Player Services on [email protected].
6. DEPOSITS / WITHDRAWALS
6.1. Paf Multibrand Limited is required to inform You that Your funds are kept in segregated accounts from the Company’s business accounts. Funds deposited or staked are not protected by the Malta Gaming Authority or Paf Multibrand Limited in the event of insolvency.
6.2. DEPOSIT/WITHDRAWAL METHODS
Paf Multibrand Limited reserves the right, to change the accepted methods of payment at its sole discretion. By way of guidance below you can find a guideline of transaction time for each payment method:
- Bank Transfer In: Instant
- Bank Transfer Out: 0-3 business days
6.3. IDENTIFICATION CHECKS
Paf Multibrand Limited reserves the right to ask You for verification documents upon deposits made or prior to executing a withdrawal. This includes, but is not limited to:
- copy of photographic identification documents, such as a Passport or Driver’s License;
- documents confirming residence such as a bank statement or utility bill not older than 3 months.
6.4. IDENTITY CHECKS
Paf Multibrand Limited reserves the right to run checks on all players with third party credit agencies on the basis of the information provided on registration.
It is the players’ responsibility to retain copies of transaction records and Website policies and rules. It is also the players’ responsibility to know the laws concerning online gambling in their country of residence.
Any withdrawals that are made will only be payable to the name used when registering with the site and the name must correspond to the name registered. Funds must be withdrawn with the same method used for depositing, up to the amount of the deposit. Please note that any withdrawals may experience a slight delay due to our identity verification process.
All withdrawals made from Your account are made by way of Bank Transfer. Deposited funds must be turned over at least once in order to withdraw them.
6.7. UPDATING PAYMENT DETAILS
Updating or adding additional payment details may only be done by contacting Player Services on [email protected].
For your own security, we reserve the right to only allow maximum withdrawal of €10,000, or currency equivalent, during any 24 hours. Any cumulative deposits over €1,000, or currency equivalent, cannot be withdrawn unless used for wagering.
7.1. SEPARATE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All promotions, bonuses or special offers are subject to promotion-specific terms and conditions and any complimentary bonus credited to Your account must be used in adherence with such terms and conditions.
7.2. ABUSE OF BONUS SYSTEM
In the event that Paf Multibrand Limited believes You are abusing or attempting to abuse a bonus or other promotion, or You are likely to benefit through abuse or lack of good faith from a gambling policy adopted by Paf Multibrand Limited, Paf Multibrand Limited may at its sole discretion, deny, withhold or withdraw from You any bonus or promotion, or rescind any policy either temporarily or permanently, or terminate Your access to the Services and/or block Your account. In such circumstances, Paf Multibrand Limited shall be under no obligation to refund to You any funds that may be in Your accounts other than Your original deposit amounts.
7.3. RIGHT TO RESCIND
Paf Multibrand Limited reserves the right to withdraw any promotion, bonus or special offer at any time.
8. PERSONAL DATA
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
9.1. The brand names, trademarks, service marks and/or trade names used by Paf Multibrand Limited (the Trade Marks) are the trademarks, service marks and/or trade names of Paf Multibrand Limited who reserves all rights to such Trade Marks. You hereby acknowledge that by using the Website or the Software You obtain no rights in the Trade Marks or the content and You may only use the same in complete accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
9.2. The Software, Services or Website may contain functionality whereby the User may post or publish text, images, videos or other copyright protectable material (‘User Generated Content’). By posting or publishing User Generated Content, You warrant that You have acquired any and all rights necessary for Your and Paf Multibrand Limited’s use and reproduction of such User Generated Content. In addition, You hereby grant to Paf Multibrand Limited a license to use User Generated Content for the purposes contemplated by these Terms and Conditions, and You shall indemnify and keep Paf Multibrand Limited harmless from and against any third party claims relating to Paf Multibrand Limited’s use of User Generated Content (or part thereof). Paf Multibrand Limited reserves the right to remove any User Generated Content which (in Paf Multibrand Limited’s view) risk infringing third party rights, these Terms and Conditions or applicable law.
10. USE OF AUTOMATED PLAYERS (‘BOTS’) AND ILLEGAL SOFTWARE
10.1. ILLEGAL SOFTWARE AND BOTS
The use and abuse of a bug or bots or any other form of artificial intelligence in any of the Software or Services provided by Paf Multibrand Limited is illegal.
10.2. NON-PERMITTED SOFTWARE
The use of software to influence or modify the outcome of any of the games offered by Paf Multibrand Limited or player collusion for financial gain is strictly forbidden and any monies acquired in this way will be deducted from the Player’s funds.
10.3. LEGAL PROCEEDINGS
Paf Multibrand Limited shall take all necessary measure in case of player collusion, use and/or abuse of a bug, bot or any other form of artificial intelligence from a Player as blocking of the Player account, freezing of the funds and reserve the right to legal proceedings.
11. INTERRUPTIONS IN PLAY
Paf Multibrand Limited is not liable for any downtime, server disruptions, lagging, or any other technical disturbance to the game play. Paf Multibrand Limited is not liable for any acts or omissions made by Your internet service provider or any third party with whom You have contracted to gain access to the server that hosts the Website.
11.2. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Unless otherwise specified in these Terms and Conditions and to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Software, Services and Websites are provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis, and Paf Multibrand Limited makes no warranties or representations, whether express or implied (whether by law, statute or otherwise) including but not limited to implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, completeness or accuracy of the Software/Services or infringement of applicable laws and regulations. Paf Multibrand Limited makes no warranty that the Software or Services will meet Your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, that defects will be corrected or that the Software or server that makes it available are free from viruses or bugs or represents that the full functionality, accuracy and reliability of the Software or Services as to results or accuracy of any information obtained by You. In the event of systems or communication errors relating to the generation of random numbers, bet settlement or other element of the Product, we will not be liable to You as a result of any such errors and we reserve the right to void all bets on the draws in question.
11.3. NO LIABILITY
Paf Multibrand Limited shall accept no liability for any damages or losses which are deemed or alleged to have arisen out of or in connection with the Website or the Services; including without limitation, delays or interruptions in operation or transmission, loss or corruption of data, communication or lines failure, any person’s misuse of the site or its content or any errors or omissions in content.
In the event of a Casino system malfunction, or in the case of miscarried and/or aborted games, the game is terminated, all wagers are void and the amount of the wager is refunded to Your account.
11.5. SYSTEMS MALFUNCTION
Where a manifest error, mistake or system failure results in an incorrect odd or paytable, any applicable bet/bets are voided and the amount of the wager/s is/are refunded to Your account.
11.6. LIMIT ON WAGERS
We reserve the right to refuse or limit any wager(s) at our sole discretion for any reason whatsoever. In circumstances where a stake is deemed to be or is declared void by us at our discretion, any sum deducted from Your account with respect to that stake or wager shall be credited to Your account. Wagers shall only be valid if accepted by our server and subject to the Agreement. Until acceptance, no communications from You shall be binding on us and all information displayed on this site constitutes an invitation to play only. Malfunction (whether on a Website or Your equipment) voids all pays and plays. Should we determine to waive a rule in the interest of fair play to You, it shall only be for that instant and shall not set a precedent for the future.
11.7. RIGHT TO VOID
Paf Multibrand Limited reserves the right to void any winnings that were obtained as a result of an abuse of a hardware/software error or malfunction. Players found abusing such errors/malfunctions are subject to having their account closed and any deposits and/or winnings forfeited. In the event of a Website system malfunction all bets are voided.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
You agree that You are free to choose whether to use the Services and do so at Your sole option, discretion and risk.
Paf Multibrand Limited shall not be liable to You or any third party in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from or in any way connected with Your, or any third parties, use of the Software or the Services, whether direct or indirect, including, without limitation, damage for loss of business, loss of profits (including loss of or failure to receive anticipated winnings), business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary or consequential loss (even where we have been notified by You of the possibility of such loss or damage).
Paf Multibrand Limited shall not be liable in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from or in any way connected with Your use, of any link contained on the Websites. Paf Multibrand Limited is not responsible for the content contained on any Internet site linked to from the Websites or via the Services.
Nothing in this Agreement will operate so as to exclude any liability of Paf Multibrand Limited for fraud, death or personal injury that is caused by our negligence.
13. AVAILABILITY OF OFFERS
All Player offers are limited to one per person, family, household address, e-mail address, telephone number, same payment account number and shared computer, e.g. school, public library or workplace. All Paf Multibrand Limited offers are intended for recreational players and Paf Multibrand Limited may in our sole discretion limit the eligibility of Players to participate in any promotion. We reserve the right to withdraw the availability of any offer or all offers to any Player or group of Players.
13.2. OFFER RECALL
We reserve the right to reclaim all bonuses awarded and any winnings accrued if Players are found to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of a Paf Multibrand Limited promotion. Where there is evidence of a series of bets placed by a Player or group of Players, which due to enhanced payments through promotional offers results in guaranteed Player profits irrespective of the outcome, Paf Multibrand Limited reserves the right to ignore the bonus element of such offers and settle bets at the correct odds. We further reserve the right to ask any Player to provide sufficient documentation for us to be satisfied in our absolute discretion as to the Player’s identity prior to us crediting any bonus, free bet or offer to their account.
14. COLLECTION OF WINNINGS
Winnings are added in the selected currency for Your account to the cleared balance of Your account. Should You wish to withdraw some or all of Your balance You may select how much You wish to have paid back. The maximum withdrawal amount per 24-hour period is €10,000 or currency equivalent. If You require a withdrawal in excess of this value, please contact Player Services. If there are any concerns or queries regarding the collection of winnings, please e-mail [email protected].
15. RESPONSIBLE GAMING/GAMBLING
Gaming is supposed to be fun but can be addictive. We promote responsible gaming by:

- Or by Paf Multibrand Limited if our dedicated Player Services staff deem it necessary based on Your Account activity
- Allowing You to contact one of our Player Services Representatives, or
- Click through to one of the links provided in the Responsible Gaming page.
15.2. SELF-EXCLUSION POLICY
Player may at any time request that his or her Gambling Account be self-excluded for a definite or indefinite period of time for the reason of problem gambling. Such request should be made from ‘My Account’ or by contacting the Player Services staff on [email protected]. Once You have self-excluded Your Account, You will no longer be permitted to access Your Account for the period of time chosen.
Should You wish to close Your Account for reasons which do not relate to problem gambling, You may do so by requesting a Timeout.
A Timeout request is available for the following time periods:
- 24 hours
- 7 days
- 30 days
At the end of Your timeout request Your Account will automatically be reactivated. However, should You wish to end Your Timeout request prior You may do so. Your request will incur a 24-hour cooling-off period prior to the Account being reactivated.
A Timeout request is not applied across the Paf Multibrand Limited license, whereas a Self-Exclusion request is.
You may request the Player Services Staff to assist setting financial limits on wagers and losses, or a session time limit on game play.

16.2. INDEPENDENT BETTING AJUDICATION SERVICES (IBAS)
Paf Multibrand Limited will endeavor to resolve all disputes amicably, and in a timely and responsible manner.
If You are not satisfied with the resolution of Your dispute with the Company, You may also raise a dispute with Independent Betting Adjudication Service who Paf Multibrand Limited have assigned as their Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body; whose details are: Independent Betting Adjudication Service. Further to IBAS, You may also direct Your dispute to the Malta Gaming Authority via [email protected] (this is only applicable for Malta Gaming Authority registered players).
All Malta Gaming Authority registered players’ complaints shall be addressed within a maximum timeframe of 10 working days from the date the complaint was received, provided that in certain cases this can be extended by a further 10 days.
16.3. ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION (ODR)
Paf Multibrand Limited is also registered with European Commission Online Dispute Resolution. Should You wish to make a complaint there You may do so through the following link: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/?event=main.home.show.
16.4. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions are governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of Malta, and You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta to settle any disputes (including claims for set off and counterclaims) which may arise in connection with the creation, validity, effect, interpretation or performance of, or the legal relationships established by or otherwise arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
17. FINANCIAL INSTITUTION
17.1. NO INTEREST
Paf Multibrand Limited is not a financial institution and thus any deposits made into Your account are not due any interest payments on the deposit(s) whatsoever.
17.2. NO LEGAL OR TAX ADVICE
Paf Multibrand Limited does not provide advice to Players regarding tax and/or legal matters. Players who wish to obtain advice regarding tax and legal matters are advised to contact appropriate advisors and/or authorities in the jurisdiction in which they are domiciled and/or resident.
17.3. NO ARBITRAGE
Players are strictly prohibited from utilising Paf Multibrand Limited and its systems to facilitate arbitrage through Currency Exchange transactions. Where Paf Multibrand Limited deems that a Player has deliberately used the aforementioned systems for financial gain through arbitrage, any gains will be forfeited and deducted from the Players balance without warning or notification.
17.4. ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING
Players are strictly prohibited from utilising Paf Multibrand Limited and its systems to facilitate any type of illegal money transfer system. Paf Multibrand Limited will conduct 'know your customer’ controls as required under applicable laws. You will not use the Software, Services or Website for any unlawful or fraudulent activity or prohibited transaction (including money laundering) under the laws of any jurisdiction that applies to You. It is unlawful to deposit money from ill-gotten means and Paf Multibrand Limited checks all transactions to prevent money laundering activities. If Paf Multibrand Limited has a suspicion that You may be engaging in or have engaged in fraudulent, unlawful or improper activity, including, without limitation, money laundering activities, or conduct otherwise in violation of these Terms and Conditions, we will comply with all our responsibilities under applicable anti-money laundering and anti-terrorism financing laws. This includes but is not limited to terminating Your access to the Website immediately and/or blocking Your account. If Your account is terminated or blocked in such circumstances, Paf Multibrand Limited is under no obligation to refund to You any funds that may be in Your account. In addition, Paf Multibrand Limited shall be entitled to inform relevant authorities, other online service providers, credit card companies, electronic payment providers or other financial institutions of Your identity and of any suspected unlawful, fraudulent or improper activity and You will cooperate fully with Paf Multibrand Limited to investigate any such activity.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions You are fully aware that there is a risk of losing money when gambling on the Website, and You are fully responsible for any such loss. You agree that Your use of the Website is at Your sole option, discretion and risk. In relation to Your losses You shall have no claims whatsoever against Paf Multibrand Limited or its directors, officers or employees.
18.2. ELIGIBLE PLAYERS
Employees of Paf Multibrand Limited, its licensees, distributors, wholesalers, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, retailers and members of the immediate families of each are not eligible to participate in the games.
18.3. TERMINATION OF ACCOUNT
Paf Multibrand Limited reserves the right to cancel Your account for any reason whatsoever at any time without notice to You. Any balance in Your account at the time of such cancellation will be credited to Your account and/or sent to You by cheque. However, Paf Multibrand Limited reserves the right, in its unfettered discretion, to void any winnings and confiscate any balance in Your Casino account in any of the following circumstances:
- If You have more than one active account with the Casino;
- If the name on Your Casino account does not match the name on the payment account (s) used to make deposits on a Casino account;
- If You participate in a Casino promotion and cash-in before fulfilling the requirements of that particular promotion;
- If You provide incorrect or misleading registration information;
- If You are not of legal age;
- If You have allowed or permitted (intentionally or unintentionally) someone else to play on Your Casino account;
- If You have not played at the Casino on an individual basis for personal entertainment only (that is, You have played in a professional sense or in concert with other Player(s) as part of a club, group, etc.);
- If You have “charged back” any of the deposits made to Your Casino account;
- If You are found colluding, cheating, money laundering or undertaking fraudulent activity;
- If it is determined by Paf Multibrand Limited that You have employed or made use of a system (including machines, computers, software or other automated systems) designed specifically to defeat the Casino;
- If You use the Website or Your account in bad faith;
- If Paf Multibrand Limited should become aware that You have played at any other on-line casino under any of the circumstances set out at (i) to (xi) above.
You shall hold Paf Multibrand Limited, its employees, officers, directors, licensees, distributors, wholesalers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, agents and retailers harmless and shall fully indemnify same from any and all costs, expenses, liabilities and damages whatsoever that may arise as a result of: (i) Your entry, use, or reuse of the Web Site, (ii) Your use of any Software on the Website, (iii) Your entry, use, or reuse of the Casino’s server, (iv) Your participation in the Casino games, or, (v) Your acceptance of any prize.
18.5. FURTHER INDEMNITY
You further and specifically indemnify Paf Multibrand Limited, its employees, officers, directors and any and all associated or affiliated persons or organizations against any and all costs, expenses, liabilities and damages arising from any legal or other action taken either by or against You arising from any and all interaction with the Casino and/or any of its employees, officers, directors and any and all associated or affiliated persons or organizations. Such action shall include (but not necessarily be limited to) any actions that might arise as a result of the criminalization of online/Internet wagering within Your jurisdiction.

18.7. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The Terms and Conditions contained herein represent the complete, final and exclusive agreement between You and Paf Multibrand Limited and supersede and replace all prior agreements between You and Paf Multibrand Limited with regards to the provision and use of Websites and our services.
18.8. IRREGULAR PLAY
Before any withdrawals are processed, Your play will be reviewed for any irregular playing patterns. In the interests of fair gaming, equal, zero or low margin bets or hedge betting, shall all be considered irregular gaming for bonus play-through requirement purposes. Other examples of irregular game play include but are not limited to, placing single bets equal to or in excess of 30% or more of the value of the bonus credited to their account until such time as the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met. Should the Casino Team deem that irregular game play has occurred, Paf Multibrand Limited reserves the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings.

19. GENERAL BETTING RULES
19.1. The outcome of a market is settled once this is determined.
If a market is not determined earlier in the game, Paf Multibrand Limited settles the result of the game once the normal duration (regular time) of the match is concluded, unless stated otherwise on market description on the Website.
Example 1: Match winner 1X2 market of an event is determined after the end of the normal duration (regular time) of the event. Football (Soccer) 1x2 Match Winner is determined after the 90 min, including any extra minutes called by the referee of the match as “normal duration”.
In case an event is driven to Overtime (when regular time does not decide the winner) all markets clearly state that are subject to “include overtime” are paid after the completion of the Overtime. Any penalty kicks (or other decider) may follow is not taken in consideration, unless clearly stated in the market.
Events not started on time for any reason or even postponed maybe kept open and all bets remain valid if those kick off (start) within the next 48 hours from the official start time. In any other case, Paf Multibrand Limited reserves, at its own discretion, the right to void all bets of such postponed events and refund the stakes to the Players.
Events abandoned after its starting time and get continued from the organiser within 48 hours from the official start time, Paf Multibrand Limited reserves the right to keep all bets valid and settle according to this result.
Events abandoned after its starting time and not get continued from the organiser within 48 hours, Paf Multibrand Limited will settle all determined markets decided in the pitch and void the rest by refunding stakes to the Players. However, in cases like that, Paf Multibrand Limited reserves, at its own discretion, the right to void all bets of such abandoned events and refund the stakes to the Players.
On above general rule there are exceptions as in:
Tennis games will be kept open with all bets valid until the officials or organising body declares a winner. In such case, the 48 hours rule is not valid. However, and in case of a player retirement, all markets determined in the pitch are settled accordingly and all the rest declared void and null. For avoidance of doubt if a tennis player retired before last point concluded, the match winner market is void, but all markets related to specific sets or games that determined, are settled accordingly.
Baseball games when two teams are playing 2 games in a row are considered as Game 1 and Game 2 and will be settled as chronologically played with all bets valid. For avoidance of doubt if Team A play vs Team B twice, the result of Game 1 will count for bets offered on Game 1 as originally scheduled and result of Game 2 will count for bets offered on Game 2, as originally scheduled. The 48 hours rule is valid.
19.2. Paf Multibrand Limited reserves the right not to accept all or part of a bet without providing a reason to the Player. If a bet is not accepted, the Player’s stakes are refunded.
19.3. Before an event start, Paf Multibrand Limited reserves, at its own discretion, the right to void or cancel part or whole, of a bet even after its acceptance without providing any reason to the Player.
After the event start, Paf Multibrand Limited reserves, at its own discretion, the right to void or cancel part or whole of a bet, even after its acceptance if there is a valid reason for this, such as:
mistake in the wording (palpable error) of the event or the odds or starting time.
the Player attempts to bypass our limits (potential payout) and risk management by placing multiple identical or similar bets or opening multiple accounts.
the Player is getting advantage of any public announcement or secret information s/he has access to that determines the outcome of the bet.
the Player combined related bets.
the Player is actively participating in the event, such as Players, Referees, Managers or has direct or indirect relationship with events participants.
Paf Multibrand Limited suffers a technical error offering wrong odds or events.
any other valid reason duly communicated to the Player upon request.
19.4. The maximum winnings per bet slip are €50,000 or 500,000 SEK.
19.5. Paf Multibrand Limited reserves the right to cancel all bets of an event, if there is any change regarding the venue of the event.
19.6. Paf Multibrand Limited reserves the right to cancel all bets if there are radical changes in the circumstances of an event such as the length of playing time, the distance in a race speed or the number of periods, etc.
19.7. In case Paf Multibrand Limited suspects that a sports betting event is fraudulent or with high probability to be fixed thus, the result to be known to certain individuals beforehand, Paf Multibrand Limited reserves the right to:
keep specific betting slips unsettled;
inform relevant regulatory bodies and authorities (ESSA, Sportradar, Federations) about this, depending on what body or authority Paf Multibrand Limited is regulated under and cooperating with;
wait until a verdict from those bodies or authorities is submitted as feedback;
settle or void the bet following the verdict of relevant bodies or authorities.
In the event and during the bet placement process, the system is technically interrupted for any reason, Paf Multibrand Limited will follow the standard checks, such as funds availability, price correctness, etc. and reserves the right to accept or reject the bet accordingly. In such case, the Player needs to login as soon as the system is available and visit his betting history page to confirm if the bet has been accepted or not.
Explanation of specific Betting Types
Scorers: First, Last, Anytime Scorer
Bets apply to regular time only. Own goals (based on official authority) omitted or count as “no Scorer” if the game has only “own goals”.
Betting First Goalscorer will be considered lost if a player never plays or comes on to the pitch after the first goal of the game has been scored, except in the case of an own goal, which is ignored.
Bets on Last Goalscorer will be considered lost if a player never plays. Player to score apply for any player, whatever the time he entered the game.
Bets on Anytime Goalscorer, apply to any player involved in the game, regardless of the time they enter the game. Bets on Anytime goalscorer will be considered lost if a player never plays.
In case a match is abandoned but there has been at least one Scorer, bets on the first Goalscorer apply and bets on the last goalscorer are void. Anytime Goalscorer market for this player is settled as winner and bets on other players are void.
20. HEAD 2 HEAD BETS
20.1. Predict which of the participants will occupy the highest position or will have better results or more points. In order for these bets to stand, both participants must actively participate in the event. In case the two participants achieve the exact same winning result and therefore achieve a tie; all bets are voided.
21. OUTRIGHT BETS
21.1. Predict which of the participants (3 or more) will occupy the highest position or will have better results or more points. In order for these bets to stand all participants must actively participate in the event.
If one or more participants will not participate in the event, the odds on the rest participants are recalculated and settled with a reduction in the odds, by applying the probability of the missing participants to the rest participants applying the same margin.
If two or more participants achieve exact same winning result and therefore achieve a tie, the applicable odds will be equal to the accepted odds divided by the number of tie participants (e.g. with initial odds 2.70 and three tie participants the final odds will be: 2.70 / 3 = 0.90), unless the official governing body chooses only one winner with an additional statistic criterion (e.g. assists).
22. BOOKING MARKETS
22.1. A yellow card counts as one card. A red card counts as two cards. If a player gets one yellow plus a second yellow driving to a red card, this counts overall as three cards. As a result, a player cannot receive more than three cards. Settlement will be based on all available card data that appear during the normal playing time of an event. Cards shown after the final whistle will not be taken under consideration. Cards in non-playing players (players that have already been replaced, coaches, players on the bench who have not taken part in the game) are not taken under consideration.
23. BOOKING MARKETS WITH POINTS
23.1. A yellow card counts as 10 points and the red and the second yellow-red as 25 points. The second yellow for a player that leads to a red card is not counted. As a result, a player cannot receive more than 35 points.
Settlement will be based on all available card data that appear during the normal playing time of an event. Cards shown after the final whistle not be taken under consideration. Cards in non-playing players (players that have already been replaced, coaches, players on the bench who have not taken part on the game) are not taken under consideration.
24.1. A corner gets counted for the relevant market settlement only in the case it has been executed. Corners won by the teams but not executed do not count for market settlement.
25.1. First interval is considered the time period from 00:01 until the completion of the minute indicated as the end minute. For avoidance of doubt the interval 1-15 min is considered the period from 00:01 to 15:00.
Last interval of a time period is considered from the minute indicated until the end of the period as this decided by the referee. For avoidance of doubt, the interval 30-45 min is considered the period from 30:01 until the end of First Half. The interval 75-90 min is considered the period from 75:01 to the end of the Full Time.
